What is the best dress silhouette for muscular build (broad shoulders) and short torso/long legs? Bonus points if you can offer the brands or stores I should shop at. I am open to spending up to $150-200 for a high-quality dress that will last me a long time. I am looking for more of a formal/business dress style, but am also open to casual silhouettes.
